We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return eligible items according to the following terms:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@bonbaloo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

2.3 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

2.4 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. You will not be charged for return shipping in the case of an exchange due to a defective product.

3.2 Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

3.3 Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information sent to your email. If you still have concerns, contact us and we will help locate your package.
